VIRTUAL VISIT: $300 for 90 minutes
A comprehensive assessment of both parent and baby to identify factors affecting breastfeeding/bottle feeding, comfort, and infant development. Address breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, pumping and milk supply concerns.
Assess latch, suck-swallow-breathe coordination, oral function, and feeding efficiency.
Observe a feeding session and explore optimal feeding positions.
Obtain pre- and post-breastfeeding weights to assess milk transfer.
Evaluate body tension, movement patterns, and infant reflexes that impact feeding.
Provide guidance on pumping and flange fitting and feeding strategies as needed. Introduce relaxation techniques to ease mom’s pumping experience.
Develop an individualized care plan, including referrals or infant bodywork recommendations when indicated.
