Infant Bodywork for Breast and Bottle Feeding
VISIT: $150 for 45 minutes.
Infant bodywork can be highly beneficial for babies who are experiencing feeding challenges, as well as for mothers who are encountering difficulties with breastfeeding. It may also support babies with oral motor difficulties during bottle feeding.
Techniques such as craniosacral therapy, massage, light touch, rhythmic movement, can help release areas of tension within a baby's body particularly in the head, neck, and jaw. By improving comfort and mobility in these areas, bodywork may support more effective latching, sucking, and overall feeding function.
Every baby is unique, so treatment is individualized based on their specific needs. As a trained craniosacral therapist, I draw from a variety of gentle bodywork techniques and tailor each session to best support the baby and family.
